Heard good things about the movie, but haven’t seen it yet (don’t have Netflix). I think it makes a lot of people start declutter runs after having seen it 😉
I really like the Tiny house movement. Now living in Norway/Europe we are quite use to small dwellings, considering the house prices. But I still like the notion of tiny house on wheels/container homes etc 🙂 I can easily see myself moving to somthing like that sometime in the future.
But.. Right now though, I’m really happy in my 75 square meter/ 807 square feet home, with my beloved little garden (which is why I don’t want to move anytime soon) 🙂 My home before this one was 50 square meter/538 square feet… so this place was a step up (I wanted a garden and a guestroom), so I’m quite used to smallish places, I kinda prefer them that way 😉 I have no idea what I would do with a big house… the rental place I had in the US was about 1500/1600 square feet.. and I never used it all. Now mind you, I’m on my own.. no big family to fill up the place… I guess that makes a BIG difference 😉

My fiancée and I recently watched a wonderful documentary on Netflix called the Minimalists. It was well-done and thought-provoking.

We did! My fiancée and I went through our statement and decluttered. Then he started research on living in a container/tiny house.
